Refund Policy

Our refund policy is a voluntary policy added in addition to your statutory rights and as such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, Amazing Scents has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is not being made in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse to accept said return.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product, return it within 21 days (of date of delivery) in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. If you have received a product that has a latent defect, has been damaged in transit or received in error, please contact our head office on 1300 833 143 to receive further instruction for postage.
  2. For any other reason, you will be required to pay return postage. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post with shipment registration so it can be tracked. You assume any and all risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit.
  3. For Amazing Scents to accept your return it needs to be in its original packaging and in original condition. Base products mixed with oils cannot be returned.
  4. Please insure that you have followed instructions of use, as suggested at our workshops and in our literature. We strongly recommend the purchase of our book for versatility, effectiveness and safety reasons.
  5. If you do not comply with any of these terms listed above, we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your return. Upon acceptance of your return Amazing Scents will refund within 7 days of receipt via the same manner of payment.

All the terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
