Inhaler Cup

Steam Inhaler Cup - add 3-5 drops (in total) of your chosen essential oils into the cup then half fill with boiling water. Replace cap and attach the mask, hold over your mouth and nose and inhale for approx 5-10 minutes. Discard and wash. Repeat as often as necessary. Please supervise children and the elderly.
