Magnesium Flakes - 50gms

Ingredients:

Magnesium Chloride Flakes 

Recipe:

Place 50g of Magnesium
Chloride Flakes into a measuring cup.  Fill
up to 100 ml with boiling water and stir until the flakes dissolve. 

Allow to
cool and decant into a bottle.  

This
product may be used as is or you may add up to 50 drops of essential oils
